Which platforms and tools do you work with?+

Major EU marketplaces and shop systems — such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, and Shopify — plus the tools you already use for inventory, orders, and internal communication. We adapt to your existing stack; you don't migrate anything for us.

Do we lose control over our accounts, stock, or customer data?+

No. Accounts, stock, pricing decisions, and customer relationships stay fully yours. Metesso works inside your systems with clearly defined access, and every change is visible in the reporting.

How does day-to-day communication work?+

On a fixed weekly rhythm: an agreed task list, execution during the week, and a written status report. Day-to-day coordination is available in German, English, or Turkish.

How is pricing structured?+

There is no fixed price list. Each pilot is scoped individually based on your channels, SKU volume, and recurring workload — you receive a written proposal with clear responsibilities before anything starts.

Do you also provide phone-based customer service?+

No. Metesso focuses on operational execution — listings, order flows, coordination, and reporting. We are not a call center, and we don't take over your customer's phone line.
